Higher Education Forum Announcement and Last Call for Papers

September 15, 2008 is the submission deadline of upcoming International Conferences, e-CASE 2009 (e-Commerce, e-Administration, e-Society, and e-Education) (http://e-case.org/2009) and e-Technology 2009 (http://e-case.org/etech2009).

Meanwhile an International Forum, “Higher Education in the Asia-Pacific: Challenges for the future�, will be held during the conference. The topics include “Changes in International Education Market�, “Opportunities for Asia-Pacific Higher Education�, “Forming an Asia-Pacific University Consortium�, and many more. If you are interested in attending this forum or making a ten-minute speech or announcement at this international forum, please contact Dr. Chian-Son Yu via csyu@mail.usc.edu.tw.

If you are interested in organizing a special session, please contact Dr. Chien-Kuo Li via ckli@mail.usc.edu.tw. Amongst all of those submitted to these conferences, three papers will be selected to earn the Best Paper Award with a cash award of $500 USD, and around 8%-10% of the papers will be awarded as distinguished papers. Authors of the top 10%-20% of the papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit their papers for possible publications to one of the following journals: Emerging Markets Finance and Trade (an SSCI journal), International Journal of Business and Information (IJBI), and International Journal of Cyber Society and Education (IJCSE).
