Trinity College - McGill Visiting Assistant Professor of International Studies

Trinity College invites applications for the McGill Visiting Assistant Professor of International Studies. The McGill Visiting Professor is a one-year appointment for a recent Ph. D. (within the past five years) who has either received a bachelor's degree from a non- North American university or else has lived for a substantial period outside the United States. The successful candidate will teach our core course (a 300 level seminar on any topic), an introductory course on global interrelations, and one other course related to the candidate's Ph. D. project. The McGill Visiting Assistant Professor will teach the three classes over the course of the year, and deliver a research lecture for the college community in the Spring term. Review of application materials will begin on January 26, 2009, and continue until the position is filled.
