Here are some important components of the obfs form:

- text for the auto-email to the user post-registration
-Line 399: "Success Content"
- The content for the web page after the form is submitted
- Line 393 "mail('kkwaiser@umich.edu', 'OBFS Registration', ...)"
- The email(s) of UMBS staff who should receive a copy of the Registration information
