Proposal Announcement Delayed (but not by much!)

Due to the technical difficulties in submissions, and the length of the submissions,the reviewers have requested a few additional days to review the proposals. All involved want to make sure that there is time enough for thoughtful consideration of all materials submitted, and are sorry to have to delay a few days.

Look out for an announcement of the final selection in the afternoon of Thursday, November 13.
