Client Software
Can Tier 2 members outside of MAIS, but in B&F, get the client software installed?

The User client is not required to access MAISAid. There is a web interface with all of the client functionality and is available from anywhere on campus.

If the T2 person wants the client software instead of using the web, can they request BFIT to install it if they are in B&F?

No. Client software is only being made available to MAIS staff. There are special scripts used for the installation that may not be portable to other areas.
