Communications to non-T2 People
How will people who assist with resolving incidents, but not on a T2 team, get communications about incidents. Currently, they are in a U-M Directory group, but they don't need access to the system. Examples are outside vendors who respond to end users, but a T2 person enters the information in the system.

In general, in order to participate in resolving incident and receive notification you must be a member of the MAIS Support Group. We recognize that ther are times in which vendors need to be contacted to participate in the resolution. It is still the responsibility of the Suppport Group member to handle all aspects of the incident record.
