How do we enter non-standard customers?
When we get a call from IBM that a machine “called home” how do we fill in the Customer information on the new incident?

Great question since vendors are not available in the Customer field. The vendor tab in IM is used when you want to physically assign the ticket to a vendor and have them go in and work it, which is a feature we will not be using. You’ve brought up something we had not thought about and will need to work out the details. This is not difficult and will be taken care of prior to April 7th.
