Learning Curve and Workload
How will MAIS accommodate the extra time we will need for the learning curve when MAISAid goes live? What work can we temporarily set aside to make room in our days?

We do expect that there will be a time period to adjust. We also expect that for some staff the increased work effort will be permanent. This is because there are some people taking on activities that they may not have done in the past. Either way, MAIS is committed to the processes and we encourage you to have discussions with your manager around your personal work load.
