Fulbright Scholar Program 2010-2011 - Awards Available

The Fulbright Scholar Program will offer new awards in archaeology for research, teaching or combined research and teaching in Saudi Arabia during the 2010-11 academic year for periods of from three to nine months. Affiliation may be with any institution in Saudi Arabia.

English is the language of instruction in most subjects at the graduate level. Arabic is generally required for research, according to the demands of the project.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have a record of research and/or teaching. Affiliation with a U.S. institution of higher education, while preferred, is not required.

An online application will be available on March 1. Application deadline is August 1, 2009.
