Seeking Actors of any age from the Middle East - Danish Film Co.
CASTING CALL- SHORT FILM SHOOTING MARCH 29
For non-experienced and experienced actors from the Middle East in any age.
A Danish Film company is currently casting for a short film the 29 of
March in the sunset district, San Francisco.
"The space in a suitcase" is a short film that explores race relations
and stereotypes. Our goal is to makes the audiences examine their own
prejudices. The short film narrates a situation where different men,
one Caucasian, one Muslim, one Afro-American, one Mexican, and one
Chinese man, take turns occupying a motel room. The film challenges
our sense of identity, subjectivity, nationality and contemporary
stereotypes through an investigative look into the globalized space of
a suitcase."
We have 3 roles open for the following:
Middle Eastern Male:
30-75 years of age, observant of Muslim culture.
Mexican Male:
30-75 years of age, a hard worker, farmer. Your stereotype of a day laborer.
Chinese Male:
30-75 years of age, skinny, authoritative, wise, traditional.
Acting experience not required. All Roles are PAID.
