Turkish Language Instructor - George Washington University
The George Washington University seeks a part-time instructor to teach a beginner-level Turkish language class starting in the fall 2009 semester.
The teaching load is one course in the fall, and upon
satisfactory performance and sufficient enrollment renewal for the Spring 2010 semester is expected.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a B.A., but M.A. is preferred, in Turkish language, literature, or related field, and experience in teaching the Turkish language to non-native speakers, preferably at college level. Candidates must also show evidence of excellence in teaching and good command of the English language.
