NSDS is moving to the Document Center!
To capitalize on the specialized expertise in the Documents Center and
Numeric and Spatial Data Services, as well as provide a centralized
reference point for data and statistics, the Numeric and Spatial Data
Center will be moving to Room 203J in the Documents Center beginning May 1.
The new partnership will allow better access to numeric and spatial data and reference services.
There will still be an NSDS computer presence in the Map Library for
spatial data/map library projects and group GIS instruction and projects.
The Numeric and Spatial Data Service and Documents Center will have
staffed reference hours from 1pm to 4pm on weekdays during the summer
and will resume longer hours during the fall semester.
Staff will also provide service via e-mail and scheduled research consultations as needed.
