Coffee Service at the Cancer Center
Hello Volunteers.
Recently I received a reminder regarding the Coffee Service at the Cancer Center. The Care Ambassadors are not permitted to give out coffee, etc. to staff or other volunteers around the Cancer Center. Unfortunately, we only have enough supplies to provide these services to patients and families. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

The Wellness Community
Hello Volunteers:
I wanted to let you know about a new prorgam the The Wellness Community is piloting for women with breast cancer. Beginning in February 2010, TWC will introduce a program for breast cancer patients and identified caregivers designed to enhance problem solving and communication.
Please let appropriate patients and/or caregivers know about this program. They may call The Wellness Community at 734-975-2500 for more information.

H1N1 Immunization
Hello Volunteers.
Supplies of the H1N1 flu vaccine have improved; therefore, if you wish to receive this vaccine you may do so. Please click on the following link to view the Location and Time for receiving the vaccine.

Because all vaccination is while supplies last, please call x48021 and choose Option 1 to check the supply prior to your arrival for the shot.
