Sad news
Dear Volunteers,
Lori's father passed away on Sunday. Lori went to Pittsburgh and will stay there for the week for his funeral.

Customer Service DVD
Dear volunteers,
The Health System produced a new DVD about customer service and how to best serve our patients and families. All Cancer Center staff (incl. Lori and myself) watched it in staff meetings. We thought it was very well done and got a copy for the PERC so that our volunteers can watch it. It is already in the DVD drive.

Road Closure Alert

A portion of East Medical Center Drive -- the “ring road” -- around the main medical campus -- will be closed from 6 a.m. Monday, May 10, through the evening of Friday, May 14. Please review this link below for more details regarding this closure. --Lori
