Customer Service DVD
Dear volunteers,
The Health System produced a new DVD about customer service and how to best serve our patients and families. All Cancer Center staff (incl. Lori and myself) watched it in staff meetings. We thought it was very well done and got a copy for the PERC so that our volunteers can watch it. It is already in the DVD drive.
