Yesterday I think I did pretty good up until I got home. I got myself all siked to do some exercising and I didn't. Anyway...

Cheese Danish 8pts
Chai Tea 5pts
Michelins Fettucini and yogurt 8pts
2 Fried Chicken wings 6pts (?)
Rice a Roni 14pts (?)..I kept nibbling out the pan the whole evening...lol
Green beans w/I can't believe it's not butter 1pt

I'm working on having more self control. Just because I see it doesn't mean I need to eat it.

Wednesday..baked doritos (4), diet coke, cheese sandwich (3) pop tart bar (3) boca burger (4) garlic toast (8) green beans (1) pasta (3) coffee (3)
Thursday..cheese stick (2) rice pudding (2) Tim Horton's 1/2 coffee (3) and one of their breakfast sandwiches. I don't know the points yet so I am kind of worried till I find out. Can't find it on Dottie's (dwlz.com) or at the Tim website so I emailed them.

Hi! This is Amie's sister Kari. I had a hard time creating a "friend" account. For some reason I could not get a link through my emich.edu email so I am using my sunfeyre@hotmail.com account.
Anyways, just a bit about me, I am Amie's little sister, although I don't think "29" is little, but I am still younger than Amie. I am student teaching right now and I do insurance billing at Wyandotte Hospital. As Amie said, I have lost some weight, to date 21 pounds. I have been stuck for weeks at this loss and can't figure out why I am not losing. I am exercising 3-4 times a week and I am eating pretty healthy with very good portion control? My goal for weight loss is to be more healthy, but also to look great for my wedding in July 2007. Here is a log of my dad's eats:
2 scrambled eggs
1 piece toast
small salad with ranch
single serve tapioca pudding (made with splenda)
2 chicken legs from Chicken Shack
1/2 cup of Chicken Shack roasted potatoes

I know I said I eat pretty healthy, but today was not one of my healthiest days!!

The recipe for the Potluck Pasta Salad is excellent. My daughter made the salad this weekend. It is yummy.
