Okay..so it would have been easier just to grab a big bowl of cereal this morning without counting like I felt like. Instead, I had a slim fast (3). Later a string cheese (2). Lunch was 2 Morningstar Farm (soy)chicken tenders (2)salad (2) popcorn (3). Twelve points so far. Tonight is the difficult night, the night I stay up and work overnight so I need to find ways to stay awake, I need to avoid using food for that. I will bring beads and make a bracelet. Hopefully I will have energy when I get off tomorrow to work out. It seems I always plan to but am too tired in the morning and therefore don't get it in on Wed at all. So we'll see, wish me luck for tonight and I EXPECT to hear from the others real soon! Right Denise??!! Tameika, you've been doing good w/tracking so kudos to you! P.S. How much longer till that pizza's gone and out of your house?? Ha ha!

Today I stayed within my points. I am still off of work feeling congested and sick. Here it goes for today: 1 cup Cottage cheese 6
Whole wheat english muffin 2
1 tbsp peach jelly 1
double noodle soup, whole can 5
Ice cream sandwich x2 4
Baked potato 3
Diced Chicken breast 3
