Okay, so I've been kind of bad. Not sure why.. part lazy, part just not into it as much as I was three weeks ago. I do know that I'm not giving up, so I'm not totally worried. I am worried though that I'm going to gain my ten pounds back and that will suck so I can't let it happen. I'm just babbling, guess I'm already in a funk, I really do much better when I'm at work. Darn these 12 hours shifts only 3 days a week. See I would be skinny if I worked 5 days a week, ha ha! So I just wanted to still log in, I haven't tracked my food yesterday or today AND I've cheated, Joe brought cookies into the house and I found them! So yell at me if I'm still in my funk after today, I need that! Hope everyone else is doing better, I'll catch up again later.

Hi Everyone,
Today is Monday, I had the day off. I told Denise that I was going to make some of the recipes that she has put on our site. Well the Brownie Crunch was time consuming to make and didn't taste all that good. I will bring in samples of it on Tuesday, if you are at work. The Macaroni and Cheese Casserole was Very Good and satisfying. I am bringing it for lunch on Tuesday. Well I hope everyone had a good day. Talk to you later.

Uh-oh, where's our wonderful webmaster?? I hope you're doing well. Today I just started out with two packets of oatmeal (4pts). If any of you are hesitant to try the reduced sugar Quaker oatmeal, don't be, it's great. I like the maple and brown sugar, it still has 2 pts per pack like the regular stuff but doesn't taste as sweet.
