ok, I'm off my soap box i'm great to get back to work . I've had talks with people and i was told , the best way to get back at all the folks that have let me down. (Sits girls) is to loose the weight any way.
So my goal for today is to enjoy this orange chicken that i just ordered and try to survive the pot luck tomorrow. and Monday get back to work . That is why this is called a Struggle.
I'm going to have my son hook the Kenetic game back up and i will be working out with my personal trainer on the TV ( check it out if you have not seen it already. You can get it for a Playstation 2 and it has a pesonal trainer. that talks you though excersises.

I missed your posts. I gained 1 pound back this week. UGH. But I am going to keep trying. I need to work out on my days off. This past Wednesday I did my treadmill for 20 minutes and Thursday I rode my exercise bike for 4 miles! With the warmer weather we need to get out of the house and MOVE. I am doing well points wise today. I am in Pod A.
Eats for today:
Lean Cuisine 5
Peach Yogurt 1
Light string cheese x2 2 ( 1 point each)
Diet Pepsi 0
Fat Free Pudding 1
Drinking plenty of water.

Hi Everyone, Happy Easter.
The little chocolate easter candies are delicious. That's what flex points are for. Remember to drink the water. Enjoy! Remember Easter is only one day, don't keep pigging out.If you see one food that you can't resist at the potlucks, have some and enjoy it. Talk to you later.
