I'm interested in doing one field placement abroad; can I still apply to the CBI and do only one field placement in Detroit? Thank you!

The CBI program is designed to give students the opportunity to learn and complete fieldwork in the Detroit and East Dearborn community. Because of this program goal, CBI students must complete all fieldwork in this geographical area. Unfortunately an international field placement would not meet the criteria for CBI.
