The University of Michigan Spectrum Center/Kellogg Scholarship will provide five $2,000 scholarships to those who demonstrate strong engagement in and who have made significant contributions to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students and ally activism.
The School of Social Work Summer Commencement Ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in Hill Auditorium. A reception will immediately follow in the Educational Conference Center (ECC), Room 1840, School of Social Work Building.

An integral part of the SSW commencement ceremony is the opportunity for one or two of our MSW degree candidates to speak. The Graduation Task Group will select one or two students from the entries received for nomination to the Executive Committee for final approval.
It is now time for Fall 2009 matriculated students (those who have paid their enrollment deposits) to call the Office of Student Services (734-936-0961) to schedule their registration appointment time, web-based course planning session, summer new program session, and web-based field session. Review the email sent to you for more details.

At the information session, a University of Michigan Fulbright Program Advisor will describe the application and selection process and provide suggestions for making your application more competitive.
Incoming grad students may order University of Michigan 2009 football season tickets online beginning June 1, 2009 through June 19, 2009. A season ticket is $200.00 plus a $10.00 service charge, and the 2009 football season t-shirt may be ordered for an additional $10.00. You may order online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or by electronic check.
