Join the Graduation Planning Committee

The Graduation Planning Committee is looking for 4 - 5 MSW students graduating in December 2009 to join the committee.
We are having our first meeting on Wednesday, September 23rd from 1 – 2 p.m. in Room 1794 SSWB. If you would like to join, please reply to Michelle Gorton at mtgorton@umich.edu and confirm your availability.
The Graduation Planning Committee will work on the following items for the SSW Winter Commencement:
• Submission of suggested names to the Dean for Keynote Speaker
• Student Speaker Entry Review and Selection
• Selection of faculty for roles in the SSW Commencement (Hooders, Readers, and Marshals)
• Photo slide show (optional)
SSW Winter 2009 Commencement: Hill Auditorium, Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Reception immediately following in the Michigan League Ballroom.
All MSW degree candidates and PhD in Social Work & Social Science degree candidates planning to graduate in December 2009 are encouraged to participate in December Commencement activities.
