Scholarships Available! REMINDER

The following School of Social Work Scholarships, Fellowships and Awards are now available to current students for the 2009-10 academic year.
To be considered, please submit your applications by Wednesday, September 30, 2009 (5:00 pm). Decisions will be announced in November of 2009 via US mail.
The Derrick L. Anderson Memorial MSW Scholarship:
MSW student who has demonstrated leadership, support or involvement in organizations, activities, issues, or scholarship that promote responsible and informed social work practice with tblg individuals and/or communities. To apply click here.
The Rosemary Sarri Scholarship in Management, Social Policy or Community Organization:
MSW student who are concentrating in Community Organization, Management in Human Services or Social Welfare Policy and Evaluation. To apply click here.
The Alumni Society Fellowship in Children & Families:
MSW student who are concentrating in Community Organization, Management in Human Services or Social Welfare Policy and Evaluation. To apply click here.
The Ara Cary Fellowship in Child & Family Programs:
MSW student with a strong academic background who are concentrating in Children and Youth in Families in Society. To apply click here.
The Eleanor Sabo Scholarship:
MSW student with a desire to practice in the area of adoptions. Student must have a placement in a foster care or adoption program during either the first or second year of the MSW program. To apply click here.
Howard and Judith Sims Endowed Fellowship:
MSW student with a strong academic background who are concentrating in Children and Youth in Families in Society. To apply click here.
The Kenneth G. Lutterman Memorial Scholarship:
MSW student interested in research in the treatment of mental health. To apply click here.
The Robert & Judith Wollack Scholarship:
MSW student who demonstrate an interest in working with adolescent males in a juvenile justice setting. To apply click here.
The Shirley Falconer Slayman Memorial Scholarship:
MSW student who have overcome substantial economic obstacles. To apply click here.
The Mervin and Helen Pregulman Award:
MSW student who demonstrate leadership ability and a commitment to work within the Jewish community. To apply click here.
Kay Reebel Scholarship Fund:
Tuition support for full-time MSW student committed to work within the Jewish community. To apply click here.
The Gus Harrison Scholarship in Social Work and Public Administration:
MSW student who have a commitment to social work and public administration and demonstrated financial need. To apply click here.
Harold T. and Vivian B. Shapiro Award:
MSW student interested in the advancement of child welfare and children and families. To apply click here.

Eligible applicants must be full-time students with an active status in the MSW program.
