The West Michigan Community Mental Health System is seeking a part-time Service Entry Clinician in our Ludington, Hart, and Baldwin offices. It is preferred that candidates have a Master’s degree in Social Work and be licensed, or eligible for licensure, through the State of Michigan.

Job responsibilities for this position include assessments and evaluations; development of person-centered preliminary plans of service; provision of consultation, linking, monitoring, and coordination activities both internally and externally; crisis intervention; and maintenance of individual service records. Knowledge of and belief in the value of person-centered planning and the recovery culture is essential.
Candidates must be computer literate, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, be committed to the principles of person-centered planning, and be willing to work in Mason, Lake, and Oceana counties.
