Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

The Frankel Psychotherapy Program will be offering a MBCT Training in 2012, and mindfulness practice is a prerequisite to participating in that training.
Free introduction to MBSR will be offered:

MBSR 8-week Course - Wednesdays, 6-8 PM

Includes one-day Retreat on Sunday, March 25th from 10 AM – 4 PM.
The class will be taught by Libby Robinson, PhD, MPH, LLMSW, who has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 1979, was trained in MBSR by Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts and in MBCT by Zindel Segal and colleagues, and has been teaching MBSR/MBCT since 2003. Libby is on the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry and a member of the Depression Center.
The course is $150 and includes handouts and a 4-CD set with guided meditations. CEUs are pending approval.
