10 MINUTE TOUR
Do 10 minutes sets at each of the different electricity outlets downtown.

Street Corner Talk Box
Duct tape (or affix more elegantly) a disposable video camera 
to a lamp post. Post instructions on how to use.
Recover the video and post the bluepuddle at the site and/or put a monitor back at the site with the comments people left.
be sure to check hacks for that camera or this project could get damn expensive.

CD Exchange
There are boxes wired to Lamp Post all Over town.
I think they were put up by the guy who hates flyers and goes around town pulling down all the flyers. Perhaps he thought these boxes would serve as substitutes.
Although they do not work for that (at all) perhaps they can be used as a CD exchange. It could be like those cigarette machines that are turned into vending machines for "art" trinkets, but instead it could just be a trading system.

Invisible Grafitti
Give a tour of invisible in grafitti in Ann Arbor.
Did you know that people go around and make words and images all over the walls of Ann Arbor, but that these messages can only be seen under blacklight?
Give a tour of the invisble city by plugging a black light on wheels around the city.
