Mac's Acadian Seafood Shack (Saline)
Here is my favorite restaurant - where we go to celebrate things (job, birthday, Tuesdays, you get the idea).
I think they would be safe to add recipes to their site - because the cook things so well, that you will always go back.
Had the steak salad the other day as a change - it was...great. But my favorite dish is the Cajun Spiced Pecan Whitefish - Man that is good!

Williams-Sonoma Recipes
I love the Williams-Sonoma cookbooks and have a number at my house.
I was just poking around on the internet and found their recipe site. This is a great site when you want to do something a bit on the fancy side!

Flatout Bread
Flatout Bread is a nice flat bread that is made in Saline Michigan, my home town.
They have some nice recipes that can be used for their flat bread or others...I imagine. You have to go to their flash site to get the recipes. I will try some of them and put down how it all came out.

Andaluca (Seattle, Washington - Mediterranean)
Andaluca (Seattle, Washington, Mediterranean)
I was in Seattle for the American Library AssociationMeetings. Great restaurant for the IUG Officers Dinner.
They serve bread and hummus before you meal (very nice). I had the Tortilla Espagnola (which was great) and the paella which also was amazing. Everyone loved their meal.
They do something that not many restaurants do. They have a recipes page on their site.
They are right in downtown Seattle at the Mayflower Park Hotel.
