 framing questions

1] what role does a frame play in the perception of the work it is framing?

- size: oversized, undersized, perfect fit
- material: plastic, wood, metal, beads, fiber
- flexibility: stiff, bendable
- position: tilted, in front, in back
- function: stationary, rearrangeable, moldable
- visibility/opacity
2] what happens if/when the subject leaks from the frame?
