Episode #7 - Once around the park, James!

Well, technically, it's twice around the park, as I walked around my block twice recording this podcast. Still, the name sounds good enough.

A day past my regularly planned post time, but that was due to Memorial Day and the wife's foot injury. With any luck, we'll be back on track for next week.

I loved the birds :) I wish we had robins here. You are right to stay out of their way though!

Glad to hear the health is on the mend. I love my Coke Zero, but if it helps you, then I say go for it!
