Talking about losing weight

One of the hardest things about losing weight is trying to stick to it. But if you have someone or somewhere that you can go to talk about issues that you're dealing with, it's really helpful. This weight loss message board is really cool. You can ask others about weight and health issues, and you can respond with your own experiences as well. It's like a support group online.

And, a health and weight loss business marketing forum is a great place for people in the business of weight loss to post and answer questions about topics that they can relate to. Health and weight loss are topics on everyone's minds. I think these sites are really going to take off.

Thankyou for your pages on weight loss issues, Idea man.
I'd like to target my comments here especially toward those unlucky adults -or even students- struggling with Natural weight loss who DO NOT necessarily overeat and even regularly exercise BUT- STILL have to fight to get their body to respond in a Natural way to acheive healthy weight loss.
Further, if you need to exercise like those guys do on 'the biggest loser' TV series then you are DEFINITELY missing the point. Sure, regular non-life-threatening exercise does benefit to us all. However if you need to become the equivalent of a starving Olympian to lose your weight JUST to get your body to respond then your causes of your weight issues may-well-lie-outside the usual causes of Obesity...Please let me explain by allowing me expand our horizons.
After 25 yrs as a fulltime practicing Naturopath (N.D.) in country Victoria Australia, we get folk (including myself) who've had stubborn weight concerns...Yes, they regularly exercise(but not to within-an-inch of their life though) and most will even say that 'they even eat less than their friends'. So what gives?
Well, my own difficulty with Natural weight loss (which has unlocked for me a weight loss of 70 lbs in 16 months) in respect of my struggling clients too, has shown us that these folk are ACTUALLY tend to be battling an immune disorder underpinned by stubborn genetic patterns.
After all, if the immune system is involved, this may well explain why one rarely sees an obese 80 or 90 year old.
Finally, we estimate upto 53% of stubbornly obese folk are immune/genetic compromised. Therefore these folk need our compassion & NOT our derision or abuse 'cos in truth, for them, obesity is a disease and not simply a mark of sloth.
So more power to you in helping others with weightloss, Idea man, but please spare a thought for those who feel massive guilt & suffer the scorn of others simply because their immune system is impaired AND weight problems run in their family lines.
Thankyou for allowing me to post my new findings.
