Senesi's Welcome!
Hey everyone,
My name is Senesi Blake, and I will be working in Mumbai from July to August, studying how Indian advertising by firms based in cities with western exposure have been affected by that exposure. I will be performing observational/ethnographic study while working with a firm called webchutney (webchutney.net). In this way, I will be able to study how advertising develops and what western ideals are expressed through this advertising.

Hello from Andrew
Hello everyone! My name is Andrew McBride. I am working in Mumbai with the Humsafar Trust, an organization that works for the rights of gay men and MSM(men who have sex with men). I am assisting in the advocacy and organizing for gay rights. I am also gaining a hands-on working knowledge of the mechanisms and intricacies of gay rights activism in Mumbai.
