CHOOSING THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT

Choosing a weight loss supplement can be challenging. Sure there are a ton of people who will tell you that this product is the best or that one works well, but it always seems at least for me that no matter how many products I try I always feel somewhat let down by my own results as they compare to others. I have tried diets and other weight loss programs but even with supplements, I still struggle greatly to stay on them even just for a few weeks and even when I am successful to stay on it, I usually find that within a few short weeks, I have wound up losing 0-3 lbs and feel like I have been starving to death to achieve it. Sometimes I wonder if there is a diet out there for me.

I have tried fat burners and although I have gotten some results with them when I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and use a weight loss supplement, I find the dieting part to be the most difficult. For some reason, even with the supplements and fat burners, I just can't be in a mind set of the can't haves. When I feel as if I am depriving myself of something I just go insane. I actually had the same problem when I was younger, I loved greasy foods and my dermatologist had offered me several different acne remedies which did have an impact on my skin, but when he suggested that I change my eating habits, I almost died. It was like as soon as he said that I couldn't or perhaps shouldn't is a better word, have those snacks, it worked in the reverse giving me 24 hour a day cravings for junk food.

I think that it just has something to do with the way I am wired. I even went to see a shrink and we are trying some behavior modifications to try and change that mind set, but so far very little result, mostly because the therapist keeps telling me what to do and that just makes me want to rebel. You would think of all people she would understand, but obviously not. Anyway I think hypnosis is the next step and if that doesn't work I am not sure what I am going to do because my hang-ups are driving me batty.
