CHOOSING THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT
Choosing a weight loss supplement can be challenging. Sure there are a ton of people who will tell you that this product is the best or that one works well, but it always seems at least for me that no matter how many products I try I always feel somewhat let down by my own results as they compare to others. I have tried diets and other weight loss programs but even with supplements, I still struggle greatly to stay on them even just for a few weeks and even when I am successful to stay on it, I usually find that within a few short weeks, I have wound up losing 0-3 lbs and feel like I have been starving to death to achieve it. Sometimes I wonder if there is a diet out there for me.
I have tried fat burners and although I have gotten some results with them when I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and use a weight loss supplement, I find the dieting part to be the most difficult. For some reason, even with the supplements and fat burners, I just can't be in a mind set of the can't haves. When I feel as if I am depriving myself of something I just go insane. I actually had the same problem when I was younger, I loved greasy foods and my dermatologist had offered me several different acne remedies which did have an impact on my skin, but when he suggested that I change my eating habits, I almost died. It was like as soon as he said that I couldn't or perhaps shouldn't is a better word, have those snacks, it worked in the reverse giving me 24 hour a day cravings for junk food.
I think that it just has something to do with the way I am wired. I even went to see a shrink and we are trying some behavior modifications to try and change that mind set, but so far very little result, mostly because the therapist keeps telling me what to do and that just makes me want to rebel. You would think of all people she would understand, but obviously not. Anyway I think hypnosis is the next step and if that doesn't work I am not sure what I am going to do because my hang-ups are driving me batty.

Summertime Shape-up
The summertime for a student should be a time for relaxation and recharging of the batteries. Even if you are taking classes, which many choose to do, you should still make your most important venture to be getting yourself rested and relaxed enough that you will be able to handle the next year of your college education. This could mean just doing some fun work on the side to gain experience in your major or it could mean taking up some new and fun hobby outdoors.
For others recharging means just trying to get themselves in to shape and from experience I know that when coming to college it can be very difficult to manage your own state of health while balancing everything else in the life of a college student. In an environment where you are being asked to work more than you have in your entire life, bad habits form easily and magnify very quickly. You have almost no time to deal with these sorts of problems either unless you are someone who is extremely motivated. This is what makes the summertime perfect because most people who are here to pressure you away from working on yourself are no longer an influence and you can make the changes you need. IF you are like me and gained the dreaded freshman fifteen then you might start by getting your weight and eating habits under control a little bit. I started with biking everyday and some Lida. Lida is this really great dietary supplement that I actually got in the form of Lýda tea. It helped me to burn off my fat a little bit quicker until I could begin training myself to stay fit and healthy throughout the rest of the school year. After another year of school I am still biking everywhere I go and I still hit the gym at least once a week. All the while my dietary habits still follow those that I began last summer when I really did need them. Take my little hint here and get started now even if you are a freshmen or a senior just get yourself in a healthier state of being. You will thank me later.

ALL NATURAL DIET PILLS ARE PART OF MY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
There are so many weight loss alternatives out there, but I have made my decision that it is time to get my weight under control and now I must choose a method that I think is realistic for my lifestyle and will still get me some amazing results. A long time ago, I was on weight watchers and that really worked wonders for me, but I was doing it with a friend and now I will have to it on my own, and over the past few years I have really noticed that losing weight has become more difficult for me. I am not sure why, perhaps it is true what people say about getting older makes it harder to shed those unwanted pounds. Not really sure, but I do know one thing and that is I will finish off 2009 lighter than I started by about 50lbs and I haven't weighed that for quite a while now, so I know that this is no easy chore, but a complete lifestyle overhaul that I am going to have to do. It is going to mean some rigorous regular exercise, a strict but healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, and also some natural diet pills.
I have looked into a few of the pills that they have on the market, but I prefer the natural pills because they tend to work more harmoniously with your body, and have a lot less side effects. I have taken diet pills a few times in the past, however, they have some great new ones on the market these days, that can help increase your metabolism, improve your digestion and all while they are supressing your appetite, which is what I really need. Plus they help you through the dieting process by giving your body a little bit of extra energy so you don't feel lifeless and like you can barely move. After having dieted before, I know this is something I really need, because if I start feeling too draggy on a diet, then the first thing I start looking for is the sugar, and I don't mean an orange, no, I look for cake. I know that taking all natural diet pills will help me with this, and that is why they are an important part of my New Years resolution.

Fitness Training and Certification
Despite the current economic situation that the whole world seems to be facing, the businesses in our area are strong. This seems to be especially true of those businesses that employ or cater to the student population at large. The climate that we are in here makes it seem like things won't ever affect us but I can guarantee that we will similarly all have to face this crisis in our own ways. That's why we have to fight that feeling of security and try our best to become great students and eventually great employees.
The way that we can ensure our own safety with regards to this current climate of economic trouble is to ensure ourselves a place in the job market after we're done with school. This is best accomplished by trying to build as many skills as we possibly can in the limited time that we have here at school. Some things could be larger like trying to take on another minor, or even another major. These could be a little bit more difficult because of the time that might be added on to our degree time and that would just increase the debt you would finish with. In the same light though the chances of our name standing out in a pile of applications could be worth the time and money as our career might turn out a little better from the start.
The other option is to try and build up another skill or certification that might be of use later when looking for a job. Things like Fitness Trainer Certification or professional cook are options that are easy to train for and easily transferable to any location where you might live. Just explore those things that you like to do in your down time and explore those things. Once you have figured out what it is that you could be passionate about then go and find out More about fitness and Training certifications or what ever it might be you love.
The key here is that we are entering in to a time of uncertainty and it will be the job of our generation to take on the weight of the country and the world. It is important for us to explore all options that could keep us employed ad moving forward with our goals.

FIND A GOOD ACNE TREATMENT FOR YOUR TEEN
These days it seems that more teenagers than ever are battling acne. I don't know if this is because Americans are eating more junk or if the teens are just not taking good enough care of their skin. I think that many parents are unaware of the emotional toll that acne can cause during the teen years, however, I know this first hand. I had a battle of my own during my teen years and right into my early twenties. My parents tried getting me over the counter meds to help the problem however, it did little or nothing depending on the acne product. When I went away to school, is when I really began tackling the problem on my own. I went online and researched acne and found a few products but in particular one acne treatment really caught my attention and I decided that it seemed worth dipping into my small savings account for. There were lots of testimonials from people who got good results and they were extremely inspiring. Well, I went online and ordered the product and I can still remember how excited I was when the package finally arrived. Sure, I didn't want to get my hopes up too much. After all, many times in the past I had been disappointed by an acne treatment that promised excellent results and left me with the same pimple face I had had when I started using their products. Well, sure enough this product was different. Within a few days I noticed that my acne was diminishing. No, it wasn't all gone within 24 hours, but I did notice right away that it was less noticeable and easier to cover up than it had been before. Then gradually, the zits started to clear up and I would say within about a month, my skin was significantly clearer. Better yet, when I started to break out, I just used the products and they worked. Now I can't say that I am completely acne free, but I am close to it. I still get occasional outbreaks, but they last only a few days, and are minimal in comparison to what I had in my teens. I have more confidence and so many people tell me how good my skin looks I can't believe it. I have become not only a poster child for these products, but I encourage all parents with teens to keep looking for a product that works for them. The teen years are hard enough without having to go through them with craters on your face...take it from me.

FINDING A NEW DENTIST MADE EASY WITH ZOCDOC
When you consider moving, you don't really think about all the things that you will have to give up along the way. For instance, I realized that I wouldn't be able to see my family or my friends as often, but I never really thought about the fact that I would have to find a new doctor and dentist. It really never crossed my mind. My first days in New York, I really didn't know anyone, and sure enough I cracked a tooth and needed to get it fixed, after all, it would be near impossible to find a job with half my tooth missing, so I set out to find a dentist in New York. I started out looking online and first I found a Bronx dentist, but that was really no help, because the Bronx was too far to go for a dentist. Then I did find a dentist in Manhattan, but I just felt a little bit leery about going to a dentist that hadn't been referred to me. Not knowing anyone, I decided to go online and see if I could find a dental referral service, and sure enough I did. The name of the site was ZocDoc. I had never heard of it before, but it seemed like a very professional site, so I decided to give it a try. It allowed me to put in my insurance information, so I could find the right dentist who would accept my insurance policy. They also helped me get an appointment lined up right away with a dentist right in the area I live in. I was able to see reviews stating what people thought of them and ratings of the dentists and some had 4-5 stars which I thought was very encouraging and I was able to make an appointment through the online system and was on my way. Well, the dentist was by far the most professional and caring of any dentist I had ever been to. They took care of all the paperwork for me and I was in and out quickly. The doctor was so gentle that I didn't even feel as if they had done any work on me, and yet my tooth was better. I am so happy with the dentist I was able to locate through their online system, that I am sure I will go back again for a full check up in a few months. If you are not sure who to call and you need to find a dentist, be sure to check out the ZocDoc site, it is really easy to use and they will help you find a good dentist fast.

I found the best diet pill
Losing weight is never an easy task. Trying to figure out which exercises, diet programs, and approaches will work best for you can be a bit overwhelming. Unfortunately, what works well for someone else, may or may not work well for you. Sometimes it takes try after try to locate a diet and exercise program that maximizes your weight loss while minimizing the stress it puts on your body. I remember when my sister in law went on the cabbage soup diet, don't get me wrong I like cabbage, but I really thought to myself that is just a little bit too extreme for my liking. Eating mostly cabbage soup, can't really be all that your body needs to survive, but she did lose some weight and was happy with it. Then when she started to put back on some weight she started doing the Jenny Craig diet, but she found that it was really expensive to eat all those little prepackaged meals. I loved the portion control aspect of it, however it seemed like all she ever did was eat, which seemed to really make her whole day about the dieting, so from that stand point it seemed to me to be a little much. I don't really like diets with all the prepackaged foods, I just think that it costs way too much to eat like that. It is however convenient, all you have to do is pop them in the micro and they are done in about 2 minutes.
My sister in law's weight is like a roller coaster ride, and although I have seen her heavier and skinnier, my husband says that years ago she used to be really heavy. It is hard for me to imagine it, but he swears it was true. In any case, she has finally come across what she says is the best diet pill. She says it allows her to eat regular food at regular intervals, and yet it keeps her feeling full and energetic. She has tried other diet pills before, but she says that other pills left her lacking energy and still feeling hungry. It must be really working for her, because, she looks great. She runs everyday, and she says losing a few extra pounds has really helped her knee problems as well. Dieting doesn't have to be hard, but sometimes finding what works for you is. Don't give up, when you find what works for your body, you will know it.

Teatime Treats
Teatime is nothing without a treat to enjoy with your cup. For many, teatime is more about the cakes and biscuits than it is about the cup of tea. If you haven't been serving treats at teatime, you're sorely missing out on one of the best parts of the experience - and treats don't have to be unhealthy, although they are infinitely more fun if they are.
Biscuits
Tea biscuits, or cookies, are always an easy treat at teatime. So many varieties are available in stores that you are hard-pressed not to have box or tin available in the pantry when it's teatime. Of course the homemade variety warm from the oven are universally more acceptable, but even a mug of tea with two cookies from a jar makes for a yummy teatime, indeed.
Cakes
Tea cakes or a larger cake baked especially for tea time is a delicious treat as well. Usually reserved for a larger gathering, cakes can take any format from bundt cakes to layer cakes, although often they are more flavorful than simply sweet. Sweet cake and tea might be overpowering to some with a more sensitive palette, but a rich butter cake complements a cup of tea nicely.
Sandwiches
When teatime calls for a bit more than sweets, tea sandwiches are always welcome. You can make any kind of sandwich at tea time, but delicacy is usually expected if you plan on serving your sandwiches to others. Chicken salad, tuna fish, cucumber or jam sandwiches are classics, but ham, turkey or club sandwiches might be more filling. Be sure to cut your sandwiches into squares or triangles and serve them on a little plate to make the experience more authentic.

travel insurance
I am a junior this year and my friends and I are trying to decide where to study abroad next semester. It is almost a given that students will travel during their college experience and I am happy to say that I will be participating in a few months. I thought traveling abroad would be so easy. I would pick a place and then I would go and have the time of my life and be changed forever and then come back to school finish and graduate, like it's no big deal. But I found out recently that the planning process is way more complicated than that. First of all it isn't as easy to pick a place to want to go to as I thought, especially since some programs are only offered in certain semesters and not both. So After narrowing down where I wanted to go I had to make it work with my class work and find what classes transferred and what I still had left to take (like a million classes). While this was challenging, I had an advisor helping me and it didn't seem quite as bad as I thought it would be. The hard part came down to the other stuff, outside of school work. Like having to be on my own and know what to do in case of an emergency. I had to find health insurance just in case something happened to me while I was away and travel insurance as well. My friend is studying abroad in Ireland this semester and all of her luggage was lost and 3 weeks in, she still has nothing, which terrifies me. But you have to know what to do when something goes wrong, so you need to assume the worst and just think that anything that can go wrong, will and know what you'll do if it actually does. It is scary to think that you will be on your own in a different country where you may not speak that language and you could get hurt or sick or even mugged and you need to be prepared in all of these situations. So hopefully after all of my research and friends stories and experiences, I will be able to go away next semester and have the time of my life and nothing bad will happen during the whole trip, but just in case it does, I will be ready.

California alcohol rehab
Many people around this country are seeking help. College students are especially at risk for behaviors that could be considered deviant and abusive to themselves and to others. It is said that college is a time of experimentation for most people and I agree. At the same time though I feel that with testing boundaries people look for the outer edge of what they can handle and this alone can lead to problems for anyone. For small children it can result in falling off a bike and scraping knees, and for an adult it can result in addiction or death.
College students tend to put much more focus than is necessary on their desire to drink and abuse the health and well-being of their bodies. All across the country there are students who are working hard to succeed in the educational goals who are also suffering from an addiction problem. Just because they have this problem does not mean that they are failures or that they need to give up on their goals. What they really need is to enter in to some kind of a rehab program for a little while and learn about what they are really doing when they drink or abuse drugs. This problem is especially strong among college age men and in the state of California there are some of the best rehab programs in the country. Mens rehab in California is so strong for many reasons, but the point is that it works. Also, California alcohol rehab is exceptionally well structured and so anyone seeking a great deal of help quickly should look for the best programs they can find.
The point of all of this is that there are some people who obviously have problems and some that are good at hiding the things that they are going through. For the people in the first category it is usually some kind of legal situation that turns them around or makes them worse. For the latter it is typically a personal choice because they are suffering in secret and rationalizing through their problems as a means to cope with addiction. No matter who you are, you should seek help if you ever think that you have a problem.

weight loss tips
The summer is the time to get yourself back in to shape. All winter long we lock ourselves inside to study and better ourselves in the long run. For those of us who couldn't afford to spend time in the gym during those cold months, we need to use the summer as best we can to work off those extra pounds. I noticed my freshman fifteen pretty quickly the first time I took off my shirt in the spring. I quickly put it back on and decided that I was going to try to get back in to better shape.
There are plenty of options out there for us to choose from in terms of how we reach this ambiguous goal of better body figure. For me I went to a gym on a supplemental memberships starting in June. Usually at these types of places they give you lots of options of what kinds of activities you can do for exercise and what kinds of things you can do to look and feel better. They usually, as mine did, have a dietician or weight loss trainer on staff for you to help meet you goals. They can give you plenty of weight loss tips and exercise regimes to get you back on track. If you need something a little more fast acting or just a boost in you own work, they can help you decide on the correct weight loss pills for you body type. When you have a little program of your own set up it is just a matter of staying consistent and keeping yourself motivated. By the end of the summer you could be in better shape and health than before you came to school. It is all a matter of you goals and motivation.
These are just some of the ways in which we as students can work to drop those freshman fifteen before they turn in to the sophomore thirty. I don't know if that is real but it sounds pretty scary, right? So get out there and enjoy the sunny weather any way you can and remember that when the cold weather rolls around you are not going to want to go out and sweat off anything.

orovo
Everyone's getting healthier and ‘going green' now a days. It seems like organic stores and whole food markets are the new thing. Saving the planet and taking care of our bodies is in now and I'm going to jump on board. Multivitamins are bigger than ever. Companies like Orovo are coming out with health supplements that are becoming more popular than ever. You hear about age fighting or cancer fighting foods like blueberries (and foods with anti oxidants) and Orovo has antioxidants just for you. Orovo has a top ten super foods product that started from an idea they got from a dermatologist that was on Oprah.
Even on shows like Oprah, the topics have become way more body conscious and earth friendly than they were before. A few years ago you would turn on the TV and see shows with topics like: I cheated on you with your sister, or stories about infidelity. Now you can turn on the TV and see Dr. Oz on showing you how to eat healthier or what will happen to your body if you don't. Some of the shows that Oprahs and even other shows like the view are exposing our unhealthy habits and trying to get us to turn around. Dr. Oz on the Oprah show has a great way of showing you what you're doing wrong and actually making such an impact on you that you want to change. I remember an episode when he took pictures of ten to twelve year olds who ate poorly and showed them what they would look like in their forties if they kept eating that way. A lot of them were so shocked that they began eating healthier right away. People need to actually see what is happening to them and be impacted enormously in order to make a change. Just telling someone that they aren't eating right doesn't always work. And now there are shows like Oprah (and several others) a long with products like orovo and other multi vitamins that can help you get to the healthy you that you have been striving for. With all of the tools we have today, it can be hard to find the right diet or exercise that works for you, but we also have so many resources now that if you are willing to make a change in your life, there is a way out there for you to do it.

acne treatment
I am twenty two years old and have not had a girl friend in almost a year, well really only about eight and a half months but feels longer. The trouble started about ten months ago when my acne started getting really bad. I did not think much about it, but now it is even worse. I am so self conscious about it and think people only see my for that. I thought these things only happened during teenage years and thought it would clear itself up. My mom keeps telling me to go see a Dermatologist, but with no insurance and little money I do not see that happening. My Mom really can not afford to give me the money because she has three children to support. Yes I do work at the local hardware store and catch a bus back and forth most days. My Dad left over ten years ago and has really taken its toll on the whole family. My mom has a big wrinkle right above her eyes and My friend said it is a worry line. I do know about proactive and although not very expensive, all most all of my money goes into helping at home. I have about forty dollars put aside, but am considering getting my Mom a wrinkle cream instead of my acne treatment. Her Birthday is about six weeks away and I really do not think this is a good Birthday gift, But it is so noticeable and have even been embarrassed to bring home new friends. I know I should not talk, After all I am covered in zits! I do not find it fair that I have had to pick up the responsibilities that my Dad threw away, and feel selfish when thinking about taking care of my acne problem when Mom needs help. Trouble is she always needs help! Maybe that sounds horrible to say, she has done so much for us and looks about ten years older than she actually is. I work about thirty eight hours a week and do hang out on weekends and drink with friends, so I know I can either pick up more hours where I am at or get a second job. I really just do not want to work this hard when all of my friends are having some fun. They all say I should do it, take care of Mom, maybe even a full makeover and then take care of myself. Maybe I am a little selfish, but what twenty two year old is not! (Angry In Seattle)

acne treatments
Did You Know That.......
- Almost 45 million people in the US have acne, with about 85% of the people experiencing acne being between the ages of 15 - 24 and more males than females. It is the most common skin disease.
- Acne is caused by plugged pores that lead to outbreaks. Overactive oil glands which are stimulated by the hormone androgen mix with dead skin cells and that androgen production is at its highest during the teenage years.
-Acne lesions usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders.
-Acne can be made worse by tanning.
-Although acne is not a serious health threat, severe acne can lead to disfiguring, and permanent scarring, which can be upsetting to people and affect a person's self-image.
-Stress does not cause acne, but research suggests that for people who have acne, stress can make it worse.
-Not everyone outgrows acne. Although acne mostly affects teenagers, it is a condition that also affects men and women into adulthood.
-Skin conditions such as acne need to be handled with care. You must be careful not to use abrasive soaps or cloths and don't wear tight fitting clothing over acne effected skin.
-The circumstances around adult acne are slightly different from that of teens, particularly for women. Women between 18 and 40 may have breakouts that occur most frequently when they are premenstrual.
Many people think that you must let acne run its course, but doing so is not a guarantee that your skin will clear up. Acne is a treatable skin disease, and should be addressed as such. The longer you wait to seek treatment, the more likely your chances are for permanent scarring. If you have tried over the counter medications to no avail, there is still hope. There are many different treatments out there, and since all skin is different so are there different acne treatments. Finding the right one for you may be a process of trial and error, but don't get discouraged, you will find the acne treatment that is right for you. If you are frustrated, then contact your family doctor or a dermatologist, and they may be able to point you back in the right direction. Sometimes the obvious answer is right under our nose and we just can't see it till we turn our head.

diet pills
I think that for all of us there are things that we believe which we never even consider. Words and phrases that we learn from parents and friends to repeat in conversations later without ever thinking of their origins. Convenient things in our daily lives that are built upon the backs of other that we never even think about, we just enjoy their spoils. Then there are the worst kind of them all. There are those things which we hold to be true which are culturally false and may result in total aversion to such things.
I had a friend who I went to high school with who was overweight. HE had been to many different specialists and doctors to try our different routines and diets. Nothing ever seemed to work for him and he actually kept gaining weight. He used to get really bent out of shape about his weight for long periods of time and would even miss school because of it. Everything he tried failed and the only thing he felt that he was successful at was school. One day he saw a commercial for diet pills and he thought about them as the doctors had mentioned them; as something negative. He decided that because they had been wrong so far that he would try something different. HE bought these diet pills and tried them for about a year. Within that time he changed dramatically and it changed the way he thought about himself physically and as a person. When he stopped taking the diet pills he continued to do his daily exercises and he has never put on the weight again.
I was remind of this kid last week because I saw him in the paper. He went to college in California and he is now doing really well as a gymnast to the point where he is being put in big time papers for his performance. I have been thinking about him a lot since then I and I just think that this is a case where nothing works until you realize that you don't try what you're scared of. Listen to me; a little Socrates or something.

health insurance
My brother Jesse is always getting himself into trouble. Like this one time at 8 o'clock pm ,when it was raining, Jesse, Travis, and I walked up to the baseball field. Which is behind our house. When we got there he was so stupid that he climbed up onto a dugout and his friend Travis did too. Travis fell off the dugout onto the mucky ground. He screeched a horrible screech and I had concluded that he broke something. So Jesse and I carried him home being the nice people that we are. But then Jesse stepped on a nail on the way back. So it was up to me to carry them both back. But I couldn't carry both of them so I made them hop back. But I was there to catch them if they were to fall. We have this hill in our back yard thats really steep so I had to help both of them up the hill separately. And then I heard a BOOM! It was lightning. It had just struck a tree in someone's backyard! It was on fire now flames and smoke flew up in the air. Thank goodness someone had called the fire department otherwise it could have led to a forest fire. Anyways back to my story. I brought Jesse and Travis back to the house. And ran next door to get Travis's mom,Mary, and step-dad,Kevin. They rushed him over to the hospital and we brought Jesse to the hospital as well. While we were sitting there, Mary and Kevin took Travis up to the front desk and the nice lady at the front desk asked, "Do you have any health insurance?" And Mary said "Yes, we do have health insurance," as I sat there eavesdropping in on their conversation I thought to myself 'What if we don't have health insurance for Jesse?' Then I asked my father, "Do we have health insurance dad?" He said "Yes, why do you ask?" I said that i was just wondering. And I just sat there quietly until Jesse was done. Luckily his foot didn't get infected. Thank goodness! Otherwise he probably would make me serve him until his foot got better. I mean I know that it isn't gonna heal instantly but at least it wouldn't be as bad as if his foot was infected.

super fruit
Dedicated tea drinkers already know why Revolution 3D is selling so well. But if you are simply hearing phrases such as "tea-to-go," "natural energy drink," and "super fruits" you might be wondering what in the world everyone is talking about. It's simple really. A tea-to-go is quite literally a tea you can take with you. Revolution 3D is sold in a narrow can, much like energy drinks. The exception being it's made from natural ingredients, hence the "natural energy drink."
As to super fruit, there are three things you should definitely know.
1. They are completely natural and are used as such. Fruit is great off the tree or vine, but once it's processed within an inch of its life, it loses its appeal and health benefits. Super fruit is the opposite. Rather than leaching out health benefits on behalf of preserving a now artificial flavor, the fruit is nourished to be tastier and more healthful than ever. This allows the flavor to come through as well as the health benefits, such as antioxidants to come shining through.
2. They are so very healthy. Super fruit became popular a few years ago when it was discovered that some fruits have more than their fair share of health benefits. Green apples, pomegranates, mango and blueberries pack a powerful punch of antioxidants and vitamin goodness. When these fruits are used naturally in a tea, the goodness of the super fruit is easily consumed.
3. They taste great. If you're stuck in a rut with citrus flavors or cough syrup cherry tastes, seek out the super fruit. Super fruit offers a new variety of flavor sure to please your palate and keep you interested in coming back for more - even if that great taste is astonishingly healthy.

Lordex
These days it seems that there are DC chiropractors on every street corner. Why is this? Well it is my opinion that there are so many chiropractors in the world, because there are so many different approaches to chiropractic and so many different chiropractic techniques. Just like when you are seeking out a medical doctor you must find a chiropractor that you are comfortable with and who uses an adjusting technique that works for you.
Many people think that Gonstead is the best technique. I have been adjusted by Gonstead and although they do get some excellent results and do have a good theory behind it, I find this technique to be little rough. Although, I must say that their thoracic (mid back) adjustments do really get the job done. There are too many techniques to list here, but let me just say that there are techniques which require little to any force at all. These are the techniques like Logan Basic, BEST, Activator, and Network. All of these techniques use very little force to get the job done. Many chiropractors use diversified technique, which in my opinion is an okay technique, but it seems like by most it is simply just used to perform general manipulations, and very few chiropractors use it to do specific adjusting. I feel that the more specific the adjustment the better the results. Many people want a chiropractic adjustment with a lot of sound, this makes them feel that they are really getting something. In any case, it is all about matching the doctor’s preference to the patient’s preference.
In my opinion any good chiropractor is going to examine you and give you specific information and education regarding your care. They should definitely be willing to teach you and explain everything they are doing, especially if you have never been to a chiropractic office before. The best thing that you can do is go online and look up as much information about chiropractic and different adjusting techniques prior to calling a chiropractor. You can also research information about chiropractors in your area. Take for instance if you live in Maryland, then you can go online and use the search terms Maryland chiropractors or Maryland chiropractic, and these search terms would help you narrow down specifics about doctors in your area. Knowledge is power, so the more information you have, the better chance of finding the best chiropractors that are right for you.

smart lipo
I used to think the idea of considering lipo was never an option for me. Used to is the keyword here. I do not know if there is such a thing as smartlipo. But if there is, I would like to know more about it. How much might smartlipo cost, any details about what smart lipo might entail. I would have to imagine if lipo is expensive, then smart lipo cost should be highger. I know some women who have never had cellulite at all. I have had it since I was 9 or 10! It is ridiculous. I think some people are just predisposed. I often wonder if what my parents fed me as a child had any outcome on how I had cellullite. My parents didn't feed me very healthy food, we ate a lot of fast food and junk food. I hate cellulite. I cannot stand the look of it. You cannot hide it. It is just nasty. I feel badly when I see a really pretty woman and then you see her cellulite, you know that must be so annoying, to be perfect except for that. But I guess if you are perfect except for that, you could handle having a little cellulite. I am very fair, so on top of cellulite, my legs are pasty white. Embarrassing. That is why I never wear shorts. Seriously. If I lost the weight I wanted to lose, I don't think I would wear shorts then, either. I just do not like how my legs look. I used to be a lot thinner, but even then, I wore long shorts. I guess it is a burden I have to bear. My kids ask me all the time why I never wear shorts. I just tell them I don't own any!
I am actually not even sure if lipo even gets rid of cellulite. I would definitely consider it if I had the money. I am sure that a few days of pain and major bruising would be worth it. I would probably opt for targeting my problem spots. If I lost the weight I needed to, I would still have a couple spots that wouldn't get flattened. Those would definitely be my first choices for lipo surgery. I wonder if they have weight guidelines on who is a good candidate for lipo.... Either way, I do not think that liposuction is just for vain people striving for perfection. We all need a little help sometimes.

whole life insurance
There is one big decision that all people will have to make when they get out of college and are prepared to jump in to the workforce. When the time comes to settle down with the person you love and live the married life or to become a parent there are a lot of new decisions that follow. Buying homes, cars, and investments to make their future more secure becomes a regular topic of conversation. One of the biggest items of their plans may be their decision over life insurance.
Each couple has a big decision based on their own economic needs and their life choices in regards to their careers. Their decison rests on the comparison and contrasting of term vs whole life insurance. They have to figure in all of their income figures and the hopes for the future. With the term life insurance it would be much more suited to the younger couple because they pay as they go and the insurance rates change as they age. This may be a great decision for them if they plan on getting a bigger salary or are contnet with the rising rates. When they look at the whole life insurance they may want to consider the longer run of their salaries and dreams since this is insurance that will last for their whole lives. They will pay rates that are the same for their whole lives as well.
This is just one of the huge decisions that couples will have to make in their early years of development for the future. The whole gambit of decisions can become overwhelming and overcome some couples. It is really important to think about the fact that every other couple around them has to make the same decisions. I think personally this is what has helped me the most with difficult decisions in college. Whenever I get really stressed out I just go out and people watch on campus for a bit. I quickly discover that I am certainly not alone in my stress over the countless decisions that we all have to make.

Dual diagnosis
Dual diagnosis is a condition in which an individual suffers from both substance abuse and mental illness. Unlike with an ordinary addiction where in it’s easy to determine that the psychological symptoms are caused by the drug intake, co-occurring conditions like this one make it difficult for health care providers to identify where one ends and the other condition starts. In most cases, the drug addiction and mental illness interact with each other causing adverse effects to overlap. One condition may aggravate the symptoms of the other and vice versa.
Rationale
Numerous studies have been conducted to understand the reason behind substance abuse in patients suffering from mental disorders. Most experts are inclined to agree that these types of people use drugs and other psychoactive substances for that matter for the same reason as other addicts – they want to feel better about themselves and to belong. Addiction becomes a coping mechanism for them to find a niche where they can interact with other people in spite of their prevailing mental condition.
Addiction to treatment
In other cases, drug addiction arises from a dependence on medications that are used primarily to treat the mental disorder. Drugs such as anti-depressants are readily associated with treatment and patients can easily justify that they are trying to overcome their illness instead of succumbing to yet another problem. Dual diagnosis patients are usually hooked on their own medications because they perceive these substances as effective in alleviating the symptoms of their mental illness.
Addiction and mental illness
Studies also show that drug and alcohol addiction may cause what is called a substance-induced psychosis in some patients. However, this problem may be alleviated once the drug or alcohol is out of the patient’s body. In the case of dual diagnosis, substance abuse tends to aggravate the symptoms of the mental illness and since patients usually come with fragile dispositions, treatment should be handled with care that is far different from the usual rehab for substance addiction. While there are many rehab facilities operating all over the country, not all of them are equipped to take in patients suffering from co-occurring conditions. These individuals require specialized services.

Dahn yoga
For vacation this year my mother and I are going to be doing a week retreat together. We have both been Yoga teachers in the past in two completely different styles and so we thought that it might be fun for us to go to a retreat where we are practicing a form of Yoga foreign to both of us. The retreat is in southern California and is centered around the form of practice known as Dahn Yoga. This Korean style is integrative with Qigong and Tai Chi. It is called Yoga because of its search for mental unification with its highest potential. For my mother and I it is a totally different planet of yoga. We have both been teachers of various forms of the classical Indian Yoga styles which employ different types of movements and paces to achieve very similar goals. My mother's practice is a more about the exercise and well-body aspect of its goal. My style is more about the control of the mind to achieve spiritual and eternal aims. I am much more of the traditionalist when it comes to Yoga, where as my mother is much more of an American convert to Yoga. This retreat is going to be good for the both of us because I feel it will give us each a new perspective on our own practices as well as of the other's. Dahn Yoga is a totally different set of movements then either of us are used to so we will both be learning something totally new. At the same time it employs both of the goals that my mother and I stress individually and this exposure may give both of us some kind of insight in to the thought patterns and stylistic differences between our two very unique styles. Though neither of us prescribes to any one guru or teacher's dogmas, we both have developed such strict and rigid practice forms for our classes that this experience may help us also to loosen ourselves up to the fact that there are many ways up the same mountain we are both trying very hard to conquer.

alcohol treatment centers
One thing that I randomly thought of is that a lot of people who really do have the alcohol addiction do not even realize that they are addicted. Like, for example, in my previous articles I was basing my thoughts on the idea that people really want to be cured. I realize though that very often that is not the case. For example, I used to have a neighbor, who, very unfortunately passed away, who drank severely and almost every weekend, but never could admit that he really was addicted to alcohol. Every time that his wife tried to talk to him, he would deny that he is addicted and continue on, without any changes to his behavior. His wife was saying that he needed to go to the alcohol treatment centers, or at least get some sort of addiction treatment, but he was refusing any drug treatment, since he was sure that he was not addicted. I cannot believe how hard it might be for someone to live with a person who, for sure, is addicted to some sort of substance, and yet, denies it in full force. And, again, any type of alcohol addiction therapy would not be advantageous if the person who is being treated denies it. In my classes, I have learned that if a person is mentally and emotionally willing to get better, that is already a huge part of the deal, since some people get better by even thinking about how they would feel if they were better. I know that a placebo effect has a 30% chance of curing the person, meaning that if a person takes a sugar pill thinking that it is a medical pill of some sort, then, given that three out of ten people are cured this way, the person has a thirty percent chance of combatting the disease without any pharmacological intervention. It is crazy to think about it though, since then all these powers come to mind, and the role of holistic healing becomes much more prominent. There are all the thought transmission exercises also that just prove that there are higher powers than the ones that we are aware of, and we need to be respectful and knowledgeable about them.

Family health insurance
I have recently been looking into purchasing family health insurance. The problem with buying this insurance privately is that it is extremely expensive, unlike when you get a policy through a big company. It is really difficult to be able to afford an all inclusive plan when you are on a fixed income. I recently looked into a family health insurance plan through the state that I live in. They talk a good talk, but the problem is that they have been holding my application for over 2 months now, and I can’t even get a straight answer on when or if I will be eligible. I have children, and we are living without health insurance and wondering every day if relief is coming. I have now had to purchase some catastrophic insurance to cover the family, and even that payment is over my head.
Why is it that they make health insurance so unattainable for working class people? I really do wish that we had a system in place, as in other countries; where by everyone in the country could receive the medical care they needed at a reasonable price or even for free. It just seems to me that the biggest problem with this is that the doctors and pharmaceutical companies in this country don’t want to give up there high and unreasonable fees. They want to charge as much as they want to, and get actually get it in many cases the way the system is now. If they were forced into a health care for all system, the bottom line would be fixed pricing that might force some of the doctors to live a more modest lifestyle. That is their bottom line. There used to be a line in the Hippocratic Oath (oath that doctors take when graduating from medical school) and it said to help everyone equally regardless of their ability to pay. Obviously that line must have been completely eliminated from this oath, since we can see that is not the way medical care is being given.
Health insurance and being able to take care of your family members in their time of need, should be a right as a citizen of the United States, not a privilege. Let’s stop allowing only the rich to get the care that they need, but let us take care of everyone as if they were our mother, sister, brother, uncle, or child. It is time to put our foot down and fight for what is right.

marriage counseling
When it comes to marriage counseling, I am on the fence. In a lot of instances, it would probably be beneficial. But there are also those situations where, you are just delaying the inevitable. By the time most couples seek marriage help, it is too late. I think the moment you realize you are having marriage problems, take it seriously. Especially if there are children involved.
My parents had a rough relationship my whole childhood, but they stayed together, miserable, and not realizing how it affected us. Then when I turn 18 and move out, get married- they decide to get a divorce. So twenty years of screwing around, and then you decide to make a change. It Doesn’t make sense. Meanwhile I have a skewed view of what to expect out of a marriage and what to give in return. I am just making it up as I go along. Then you add in the same type situation on my husband’s side- what then? We both have screwed up examples from our parents.
The way I look at it, if you decide someone is right enough for you, that you want to marry them, I would advise making it clear that you will be open to marriage counseling should any problems arise. If you are going to spend your lives together, and most likely create new ones in the process….make it enjoyable. It is just like home owners who live in their crappy, outdated house for years. When it comes time to sell, they make all the upgrades they always wanted in order to sell it. They could’ve done it sooner and enjoyed them themselves, and possibly not wanted to sell.
The bottom line is, don’t be too proud to admit you are wrong, or that you need help. If you were willing to marry someone, you owe it to yourself and your spouse to do whatever necessary to make it work. It is the one thing in your life that should be worth that. In the long run, you will appreciate the fact that you are working at your marriage, and not just throwing the towel in when things get tough. It doesn’t matter who you live with, you are bound to have turmoil. So at least this time you have the benefit of loving each other. You will also find a new sense of appreciation for your spouse.

Drug detoxification
When I was growing up my life was very different than people would think. Although seemingly normal now I went through some pretty tough times as a child. As young as 5 I have memories of my mom, a single mother, leaving me and my older brother, only 7 at the time home alone every night. She would sleep during the day, and didn’t hold a job. I do know that we did get food stamps and some services from the government, since my dad was not in the picture. Our home a one bedroom apartment was always disheveled and there was never any food in the house. Occasionally we would have some microwave dinners, but other than that we ate cereal and drank water or iced tea at home. School was our safe haven. When we went there we felt like a real part of everything. Our teachers were really nice, and we got free breakfast and lunch at school, and I remember stuffing in as much as I could especially on Mondays, by then I was really hungry. We went to stay with our Aunt when I was about 7, so that my mom could go through an alcohol detoxification program, but we were back with her about a month later and nothing really changed.
Occasionally we would get to go to Aunt Marie’s to spend the weekend, and all I remember was how pretty I thought everything was, and how much food there was. We would always ask before taking anything, and Aunt Marie was very generous. Aunt Marie passed away when I was 9 and I remember going to the funeral with my mom and brother. I think Aunt Marie’s death hit my mom really hard because all I remember was how bad things got after that. At 9 and 11 my brother and I had become extremely self reliant. We got ourselves ready and out to school. Every evening we came home and did our homework and watched TV. I thank God for my brother, he really watched out for me when my mom was not around, which was most of the time.
Well, eventually the school caught on to what was going on and at 11 and 13 they sat us down and asked us questions about our mom and we told them the truth. We were moved into foster care, which actually worked out well for us. We were placed with a great family that took us both together. I later learned that my mom had a crystal meth addiction and had entered a drug detoxification program. Although we continued to visit with mom through the years, we were never returned to her care again.
