Brownies to Die For! - Raspberry Cheesecake Swirl
Well, I got a new book with a challenging title - Brownies to Die For! It is a beautiful book full of about 120 recipes with lovely pictures. It has been sitting on my shelf for several months staring at me, taunting me, daring me to call it's bluff.
Well, last night, with the kids out of the house, the prospect of a quiet day at work ahead of me on the morrow, and some Gosling's Dark Rum and Ginger Beer, I found the courage to call out the book. Besides, Kelly and I decided that we definitely needed snacks at work on the day before Thanksgiving. The first recipe I decided to tackle was the Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies, mostly because I had almost everything in the pantry and it didn't require making frosting, which I was not in the mood for last night.
