Week 26: Raspberry Truffle Brownies
Lots of chocolate (15oz), cream cheese and raspberry. What's not to like. These brownies are heavy, they weigh a lot, and are very rich. Try a small piece to start because you wouldn't want to ruin the yumminess with a belly ache.

Two winners in a row. A little does go a long way. All three layers combine wonderfully. This has the rich chocolate flavor, the fudgy factor, and a very nice bite. The glaze is the perfect topper.
My score: 9. Richness prevents you from going overboard like you can on some brownies. Brownie overload is generally something not to be complained about!
