Week 31: Snow Drop Brookies
Chocolate, raspberry and white chocolate chips. Sounds like a good combo, except these things look like cookies, not brownies.

I totally loved these. I would make these at home and am not concered about their cookie appearance!

Yeah - the cookie thing didn't bother me. In fact, I think brownies should be inclusive of ALL shapes, colors, and sizes, and if anyone claims that these could never be brownies, then they must live in a limited world indeed.
I thought they were great.
