Fax Machine No Longer Available at Kresge Library

The Kresge Library will no longer have fax machines for community use. This decision was made by the people who supported the fax machines. For information on locations near the Ross School of Business where you can fax a document or alternatives (such as scanning), please visit the Fax Services at University of Michigan section of our printing page on the Kresge Wiki.

WetFeet Updates - Updated Career Guides

WetFeet, a great resource for job seekers, recently updated several of its guides on careers in brand management, investment banking, management consulting, and accounting.

WetFeet also introduced two new guides on personal branding and career fairs. Additional guides will be updated this fall and several new titles will be introduced, including guides on writing cover letters and resumes for specific industries like management consulting, investment banking, and accounting.

As noted early last month, WetFeet has also updated their process for downloading guides, making it easier for you to get access to these resources.

Access WetFeet from the Kresge Library A-Z Database page. WetFeet is a Ross Only resource.

Interface Changes for Two Popular Kresge Library Databases: ProQuest and EBSCO

On Friday September 2, 2011, Both ABI/INFORM (ProQuest) and Business Source Complete (EBSCO) will be moving to new interfaces tomorrow for all users. While we do not have a choice to stay with our familiar interface, the new ones provide a number of features including better interaction with other data sources from these two vendors, better connectivity to RefWorks, and some new indexing of content.

If you run into any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at Kresge_Library@umich.edu or use our contact form.
