"Suggestion Box" blog

We could have a blog that is used as a suggestion box. VCU does this http://blog.vcu.edu/libsuggest/ and it seems like it could be really interesting. Patrons could submit their suggestions via a web form (linked to from the gateway?) and then librarians can post it to the blog, assign a category, and respond to it publicly. It could be used for anything from reference questions, to noise complaints, etc. I’d especially be interested in it as a way for patrons to respond to interface issues (like when they find something difficult to use). Of course, we’d need a group of librarians willing to read and respond to questions, but maybe it could be incorporated into the Ask Us services.
