Google Map of U-M Libraries
Create a Google Map showing the locations of the U-M libraries, with links to the libraries' Websites. Mash it up with pictures from flickr of the libraries' exteriors. Users can then, among other uses, easily get directions to libraries using Google Maps

This would be fantastic. I have such a hard time with existing official campus maps. The photo mash-up would be both nifty and helpful.

Good idea, but we'd probably have to generate some new photos to make it work - I had a difficult time finding Flickr photos of UM library exteriors that aren't Hatcher or Law.

Nice work. The second choice is my favorite. Maybe you could add in other campus libraries like Law, Business, UMTRI. Also maybe Flint & Dearborn? Then let's get this up on the Betas page.

Nice! Nitpicking suggestion: is there a reason that the Grad doesn't have the same photo as the other libraries that are housed in Hatcher?

There is not a good reason I used the other picture, I just wanted some variety.

Just in case anyone is still monitoring this ... the Dentistry Library was merged with the Taubman Medical Library in summer 2008, so it no longer exists as a separate library.
