Collaborative research on social bookmarking
Several HSL librarians (including me, Patricia Anderson, and Preet Rana) and med school faculty are discussing a project to explore how medical students use del.icio.us to communicate and share resources relevant to their classes. If anybody is doing something similar in another subject area, it would be interesting to compare notes.

This sounds like an interesting project. I'd be interested in hearing more about it. I'm not pursuing anything similar right now but could certainly see the use of such research. Have you found other studies similar to this?

I don't know of any - didn't find anything published and a survey of HSL colleagues at other institutions didn't turn anything up at the time.
