Coffee with Colleagues
At last month's Librarians' Forum discussion, the notion of communication within the library and across unit lines came up multiple times. To help facilitate those discussions, at least in an informal manner, the Forum Board, in coordination with University Librarian Paul Courant, will begin hosting monthly coffee hours. These Forum Coffee Breaks are designed to give all library staff a chance to mingle and discuss issues of importance to libraries and librarianship. For December, there are two opportunities for coffee with colleagues:
Forum Coffee Break
Monday, December 17
10-11am
Beanster's (1st Floor, Michigan League)
OR
Forum Coffee Break
Wednesday, December 19
2:30-3:30pm
Beanster's (1st Floor, Michigan League)
ALL library staff are invited, feel free to come to either hour--no reservations required. Hope to see you there!
