DESCRIPTION: The Research Initiative on Social Entrepreneurship (RISE) is a research project at Columbia Business School whose mission is to study and disseminate knowledge about the markets, metrics and management of for-profit and nonprofit social enterprise and social venturing.

- RISE Reports and Case Studies (falling under three themes: markets, metrics and management).
- RISE Double Bottom Line Investor Directory (includes information about institutional investors that invest through equity vehicles in for profit ventures with the aim of achieving social or environmental impacts.)
