Visiting Via Web Cam
After I vacation somewhere, I like to search for live web cams from where I just visited. It somehow seems weird to me that life goes on beyond my memories long after I have gone home.
For example, this web cam at Ocean Isle Beach shows a pool I swam in, a beach I walked, and a pier I explored this past summer. It’s winter there now and a bit chilly, but how I would love to quickly transport myself for a nice walk on my favorite beach in the world.

Model Bridges
I like small bridges, big bridges, bridges over water, and bridges over canyons, so I did a search for some the world’s greatest bridges and I came across this model bridge website. Now these are some small bridges!
Anyways, the site has some great info on building model bridges. I figure if I can’t visit the world’s greatest bridges now, I’ll build my own bridges I can visit everyday…

Wishing I was Traveling Blog
When I have more time in my life my dream is to travel the world, I want to visit every nook and cranny.
My friends are always telling me, "Take Time for Your Life" or "Don't let time pass you by". Well I plan on heeding that advice, and in this journal, I will discuss places I want to go and the websites that might help me get there.
My hope is that one day I am going to turn back to this website to help remind me of some of the places I want to go.
