The University of Michigan's New Student Convocation ceremony, held August 31, 2006 in Crisler Arena. Includes remarks from Provost Teresa Sullivan, Professor Charles B. Smith, Nicole Stallings (MSA President), President Mary Sue Coleman, and Vice President for Student Affairs Royster Harper. With performances by Joseph D. Roberts, Jillian Walker, and Today's Brass Quintet.
