Guilt as a stress factor
Guilt is an innate stress that makes us lose focus and mess up.
There was a school boy who suffered with left Vishuddhi quite a bit. Overwhelmed by guilt. One day, teacher comes in and asks "Who can tell me about the fall of the Berlin wall?" Our friends runs off yelling "I didn't do it, I didn't do it".
The solution to guilt is not hard. When we start assuming that we are a part and parcel of the universal being, the whole universe, we cannot feel guilty anymore. Meditation is a slightly better method than intellectual acrobatics to permanently rid ourselves of this prevalent emotion which is a significant source of stress, IMO.
