Web of Science new features
Web of Science now captures full author names as listed in original articles rather than only the author initials. So far, this only applies to recently indexed 2006 articles.
You may generate a Citation Report from a search result (such as an author search.)
The report includes average citations per article, a bar-graph of combined citations by year, a bar-graph of published articles by year, an option to remove self-citations, etc.
A new Author Finder tool helps to distinguish among different authors with similar names or initials.
