Innovating Our Web Site: Your Help Wanted!
The University Library needs your input to help us innovate our web site(s).
To show our appreciation for your time, we will give away three $50 gift certificates to Amazon.com. Prizes will be awarded by random drawing. After you complete the survey you will be sent to a new page to enter the drawing. Prize winners will be notified after the conclusion of the survey. Sorry, only University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students are eligible for the drawing (note -- library employees are not eligible to win the prize).
The last question asks for your email address for follow-up questions. This is separate from the prize drawing and does not affect your ability to enter the drawing.
If you do not enter your email address, your survey response will be anonymous.
