NEW PRE- AND POST-DOCTORAL TRAINING GRANT OPPORTUNITY
The Health Promotion/Risk Reduction Interventions with Vulnerable Populations is supported by the NINR- institutional research training grant mechanism. Our program reflects the exciting and conceptually
coherent integration of two foci: health promotion and risk
reduction interventions and vulnerable populations. The goals of the
one to two year post-doctoral fellowships are to prepare scientists
to study the fundamental mechanisms underlying the health promoting
behaviors of individuals and aggregates, and test the efficacy of
theoretically valid and culturally appropriate interventions for
vulnerable populations.
This Training Grant begins July 1, 2008. Pre-doctoral applicants must be admitted to the doctoral program prior to consideration.
Post-doctoral applicants should follow the link to the application document and brochure. If you have any questions, please call (734) 764-9519.
