Google maps: The Amazon
Ever wanted to explore the Amazon? Well now you can from the comfort of your own home, with Google maps. In an effort to raise awareness of the precious and endangered ecosystem of the Amazon River and its tropical rainforests, Google launched a campaign to create “street views” of the river and its magnificent jungle surroundings.
