Wishing mblog was better
It's hard to support a service which you don't believe is very good, and hard to work with a service that doesn't seem to have a future. Mblog could be a lot better, but only if we have the will and time to make it so. And having those things, we must also have the support of management.
I appreciate that users are also seeing the same problems (and suggesting the same solutions) that we've already wanted to implement ourselves. It makes one feel like they're on the right track when we can get down to the business of solving problems.
